We have some important and exciting news to share with you all! After 23 wonderful years of dedication to this practice, Dr. Shannon Norman-Kotre has decided to step back from her role as owner to spend more time with her family and friends. However, she will remain on staff -- alongside Dr. DiRenzo and Dr. Nickodemus -- and with the rest of our team is committed to providing you with the same high standard of care you've come to expect.
Please read on for personal notes from both doctors. In the meantime, please "pardon our dust" as we make updates to our website, social media channels and practice materials to reflect these big changes! :)

To my patient family,
I am writing to you today with a heart full of gratitude. For over two decades, it has been my immense privilege to serve this community as the owner of this practice. I have cherished every relationship I've built and every smile I've helped create.
While I have decided to sell the practice and take a step back from ownership, you can rest assured that I am not leaving. I will continue to be here to care for you alongside our wonderful team, including Dr. Nickodemus. I have all the confidence in the world in the person I've chosen to pass the torch to—Dr. Kyle DiRenzo. He is not only a talented dentist, but he also shares the same values and commitment to patient care that we have always upheld.

If we haven't met yet, my name is Kyle DiRenzo. As many of you know, I recently joined the team here, and I'm thrilled to announce that I've now purchased the practice and will be taking over as the new owner.
Ever since I began my career, I've believed that dentistry is so much more than a job—it's an opportunity to positively influence people's lives and provide professional results with a personal touch. I feel incredibly fortunate to be in a position where I get to connect with people from all walks of life every day. When the opportunity arose to become the owner of this practice, I knew it was the perfect way for me to continue this journey and further deepen my commitment to our patients and this community.
I'm truly passionate about helping you improve your oral health and confidence, and I am dedicated to keeping our practice at the forefront of dental advancements to ensure you always receive the best care. I can't wait to see you at your next visit!
