Meet Dr. DiRenzo: Ann Arbor Dentist

Dr. Kyle DiRenzo, DMD

Dr. DiRenzo believes dentistry is more than just a profession—it's a deeply fulfilling calling that allows him to make a real difference in people's lives right in his community. He cherishes the daily opportunity to meet individuals from all walks of life; their stories and smiles bring so much richness to his own journey. His commitment is to provide exceptional dental care that combines professional excellence with a truly personal touch. The ultimate joy for him comes from seeing a patient leave their appointment with a confident, genuine smile, knowing he has positively impacted their oral health and overall well-being.

 

Dr. DiRenzo's educational path began in Loudoun County, Virginia, leading him to the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He then pursued his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a valuable General Practice Residency at the University of Michigan Hospital. Staying current with the latest advancements is paramount to Dr. DiRenzo, and he actively contributes to and learns from the dental community through his memberships in the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In August 2025, he acquired the practice of Dr. Shannon Kotre, and is excited to continue to build on her 23 years in Ann Arbor. 

 

Beyond the office, Dr. DiRenzo cherishes life in Ann Arbor, where he lives with his wonderful wife, their three energetic daughters, and their beloved dog. While much of his free time is happily spent chasing after his girls, when he gets a moment to himself, he enjoys the creative process of making handmade pasta and nurturing his garden.
