Unaccompanied Minors Reminder

During the busy summer season, it can be easy to forget that minors cannot be seen at the practice without permission from a parent or guardian; in fact, it's illegal!

Although we are happy that our patients trust us enough to see to their children's dental needs even without their supervision, if you cannot bring your children yourself or your child is driving to their appointment alone, you must send a signed note giving us permission to treat them, or we will be unable to do so.
