Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!

As the summer heats up, don't forget that your body needs more fluids in order to function optimally. For most people, this means drinking plenty of water; in fact, the most individuals do not need sports or energy drinks in order to stay properly hydrated, even when spending a lot of time outside. And your teeth will thank you for avoiding sugary, acidic beverages and opting for water instead!
