Quick reminder for patients who are undergoing orthodontic treatment to remember to take appliances out before swimming.

Every year, we have patients who lose their retainers and other "gear" in pools, lakes, and oceans. Simply removing before swimming can save a lot of money in replacements that would be better spent on more fun in the sun!
